Scout AI Terms of Service

By using Scout AI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Scout AI provides AI-assisted pest identification and related workflows, including chat, image upload, diagnosis support, and admin operations tools.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information when requested
- use the service lawfully and responsibly
- avoid uploading illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- avoid attempting to disrupt or abuse the platform
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or session.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use Scout AI for unlawful surveillance or harassment
- upload malware or content intended to compromise systems
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or models
- misuse APIs in ways that degrade service reliability
4. AI and Service Disclaimers
Scout AI may produce incorrect, incomplete, or uncertain outputs. Results are informational and are not a substitute for licensed pest control, medical, legal, or safety advice.
You are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on service output.
5. Data Usage
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Scout AI a license to store, process, and use submitted data (including chat text and uploaded images) to provide, secure, and improve the service.
If you provide optional AI-training consent, submitted data may also be used to evaluate, improve, and train AI models and related systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout AI is provided "as is" without warranties. Scout AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms periodically; updated versions will include a new version and effective date.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, or Terms violations.
